Users

Find a member, see their history, warn, suspend, sign out or change their role.

Users lists every account. Find a member to answer a question, look at their history, or act on their account.

Find a user

Open Users in the Marketplace group.

Search by name, email, phone or ID.
Filter by Role (buyers, sellers, buyer and seller, moderators, admins, staff) and Status (active, suspended, disabled, unverified).
Sort by newest first, last seen, most deals or name.

Select a user to open their panel:

their role, contact details, verification, and when they joined and were last seen;
their numbers: listings, deals, ratings and disputes lost;
reports against the account, by status;
Moderation history: every staff action on the account, with the reason;
if suspended, the reason.

Action	What it does	Who
Mark email verified	Marks the email as verified, for example after you confirmed it another way.	Staff
Sign out everywhere	Every session ends now. They can sign in again with their password.	Staff
Suspend account	Disables the account immediately on every device. They see the reason on the sign-in screen. Write a reason: it is shown to the user.	Admins
Reinstate account	Ends a suspension. They can sign in again straight away.	Admins
Change role	Buyer, seller, buyer and seller, moderator (staff) or admin (staff). They are signed out everywhere so the new role takes effect.	Admins

Moderators can act on member accounts, not on other staff. Nobody can act on their own account: ask another admin.

To warn a user, use Reports: warnings are given as a decision on a report.
