Pickups and deals
Look up any pickup or completed deal to answer a support question.
When a member asks for help with a pickup or a deal, look it up here. These pages are read only: they show who was meant to be where, when, and what was agreed.
Pickups
Open Pickups in the Marketplace group. Every pickup, for support questions.
- Search by listing, seller, buyer or pickup ID.
- Open a pickup to see its status, the agreed time, the agreed and final weight and price, the buyer's note on the final terms, the verification photos, and if it was cancelled, who cancelled and why.
Deals
Open Deals. Completed deals, as recorded when the seller confirmed the pickup.
- Search by listing, seller, buyer, deal or pickup ID.
- Open a deal to see the final weight, price and total, how it was paid, and the pickup photos.
Answering common questions
- "The buyer didn't come." Check the pickup's status and agreed time. The seller can cancel the pickup in the app, which puts the listing back on the market.
- "The weight was wrong." Compare the verification photos with the final weight. If the deal is completed, the member can open a dispute from the deal within 7 days.
- "I can't find my deal." A deal only exists once the seller confirmed the pickup. If the pickup is still waiting for the seller, it is not a deal yet.
