Audit log and AI model

Every staff decision on record, and teaching the material detector with real photos.

The Audit log records every staff decision. The AI model page is where staff teach the material detector with real photos.

Audit log

Open Audit log in the Oversight group. Every staff decision: who, what, when and why.

  • Filter by action, target type (for example a listing or a user), and a date range (From and To). Admins can also filter by staff member.
  • Move through the log with Newer and Older.
  • Select Export CSV to download what you filtered.

Every decision you make in the portal is written here with your name, and can't be edited.

AI model

Open AI model. Material detection runs on our side. It compares a member's photos with reference photos of each material. Teach it with real photos: approve members' corrections or add photos yourself. Every change is used straight away and logged. Only admins can change the model. Moderators can look.

What the page shows

  • Accuracy (last build): how often the model gets the material right on its test photos. Select Re-check accuracy after changes.
  • Corrections waiting: scans where a member changed the material.
  • Reference photos per material: how many photos each material has.

Corrections from users (admins)

When someone changes the material after a scan, their photo waits here with what the AI said and what the member chose.

  • Add to model: the photo becomes a reference for the material the member chose.
  • Dismiss: for blurry or wrong photos, or when the member's choice was wrong.

Some corrections can't be learned: when the photo is no longer stored, or the material has no references.

Add a reference photo (admins)

  1. Under Add a reference photo, choose the material.
  2. Choose a photo: a real photo of that material, like a member would take.
  3. Add it.

The page tells you what the model thought the photo was before you added it. If the photo is already a reference, it says so. You can remove photos you added.
