Dashboard, health and insights
What needs attention, marketplace health and growth trends.
Three pages give you the big picture: the Dashboard for what needs attention today, Marketplace health for trends against the period before, and Insights for 12 weeks of growth.
Dashboard
The portal opens on the Dashboard.
- Needs attention: reported content, reported users, open disputes, stories and events to review, new feedback and listings taken down. Select one to go to that queue.
- Key numbers: traded value, deals, new users, the dispute rate and the app rating from feedback.
- Deals per day over the last 30 days.
- Support: the median time to close a report, reports waiting over 48 hours, offers accepted, pickups cancelled and unverified accounts.
- Recent staff actions, with a link to the Full log.
Marketplace health
Open Marketplace health. Growth, trust and support trends compared with the period before. Choose 7 days, 30 days or 90 days.
- Users, active listings, deals per day, open disputes and report handling.
- Alerts when something is off target, for example when too many deals end in a dispute or too many pickups are cancelled.
Insights
Open Insights. How the marketplace is growing: 12 weeks of trends, what is traded where, and how the newer features are used.
- Traded value per week and deals this week. Select a bar for that week's value, number of deals and weight.
- People per week: new users and active traders.
- Traded value by material and where deals happen.
- From listing to deal: how many listings get offers, accepted offers and completed pickups.
- Newer features: saved searches, repeat pickups running, auctions started and sold, chat photos and voice notes, weight read from the scale, invited sign-ups and how many counted, and impact certificates shared.
Select Refresh numbers to update them. When there are very many deals, the oldest weeks may be undercounted, and the page says so.
