Web app: Privacy and data: download your data or ask us to delete it.

Download your data

Select Download my data. You get a JSON file with your profile, listings, offers, deals, reviews, the messages you sent, and more. It downloads straight away.

Choose what others see

Your privacy settings (public profile, showing your email and phone) are on your profile. See Profile and photo. In the app, Privacy & data also has Share location (show your city when browsing listings) and Usage analytics (help improve the app with anonymous usage data).

Delete your data (your account stays)

Delete my data removes your photo, phone number, location, saved searches, scan history, and the photos and voice notes you sent in chats. Your account stays open and your deal records stay.

  1. Select Ask to delete my data.
  2. Optional: say why.
  3. Tick I understand what will be deleted, and send.

Delete your account

Delete my account closes your account for good. Our team signs you out everywhere, takes your listings down and erases your name, email, phone and photo. This can't be undone.

  1. Select Ask to delete my account.
  2. Optional: tell us why you are leaving.
  3. Tick I understand what will be deleted, and send.

You see "Request sent. Our team will handle it within 30 days."

What happens to your request

  • It shows under Your requests as Waiting for our team.
  • While it waits, you can Cancel request. Nothing is deleted, and you can ask again later.
  • A staff member carries it out, or declines it with a note that you can read. For example, an open dispute may need to be settled first.
