Ratings and reviews
Rate the other person after a completed pickup and see reviews on profiles.
After a completed pickup, the buyer and the seller rate each other. Ratings build trust: they show on profiles and listings, and they count towards the Top rated and Trusted trader badges.

Rate a completed pickup
- Open the completed pickup. Under How did it go? (web) or Rate and the person's name (app), choose 1 to 5 stars.
- Optional: add a comment, for example "On time, fair weighing".
- Select Send rating (web) or Submit rating (app).
You can rate each pickup once. After that you see "You rated this pickup. Thank you."
Where ratings show
- On the person's public profile, with their average rating, the number of reviews and the latest reviews.
- On their listings, next to their name, for example "4.6 (12)".
- Profiles with no reviews yet say "No reviews yet. Reviews appear after completed deals."
Reviews from the local map (Android app)
In the app's Local map, you can also write a review of a dealer from their card: choose 1 to 5 stars and add a comment. Our team checks reviews that look unusual, for example a review between two people who never completed a deal together, or several reviews of the same dealer from one person.
Badges that use ratings
- Top rated: an average of at least 4.5 stars from at least 5 reviews.
- Trusted trader: at least 5 completed deals, at least 3 reviews averaging 4.2 stars or more, an account at least 14 days old, and no lost or open disputes against them.
