Drafts and scheduled listings
Save a listing to finish later, or pick a day and time for it to go live.
Not ready to publish? Save the listing as a draft and finish it later. Want it to go live at a better time, like a weekday morning? Schedule it.

Save a draft
- Start a listing as usual (see Create a listing).
- Fill in what you have. A draft can have no price or weight yet.
- Select Save as draft.
You see "Saved as a draft. Publish it from My listings when you're ready." Buyers can't see drafts.
Finish and publish a draft
- Open My listings and go to the Drafts tab. In the app you can also open Account, then Unfinished listings.
- Select Edit to finish the details. In the app, tap the draft.
- Select Publish, then confirm. The listing goes live and buyers near you can send offers.
To throw a draft away, select Delete draft. This can't be undone.
Schedule a listing
- On the last part of the listing form, under When should it go live?, choose Later.
- Pick the day and time under Go live on. It must be at least a few minutes from now.
- Select Schedule listing.
You see "Scheduled. It goes live on" and the date. We publish it for you at that time.
While a listing is scheduled
- It is in the Scheduled tab of My listings with "Goes live" and the time.
- Buyers can't see it yet.
- Scheduled listings can't be changed yet. Wait until it goes live, then edit it from My listings.
