Listings and reviews
Take listings down and restore them, and check reviews that need a second look.
Listings shows every listing on the marketplace, so you can take one down with a reason and restore it later. Reviews shows every review with its numbers, and marks the ones worth a second look.
Listings
Open Listings in the Marketplace group.
- Search by title, seller or listing ID.
- Filter by State: Live, Scheduled, Draft, Paused, Pickup in progress, Sold, Taken down, or Hidden by reports. Filter by Material.
- Sort by newest first, highest price or most reported.
Open a listing to see its photos, details, offers, reports and Staff history.
Take a listing down
- Open the listing and select Take down.
- Write the reason. It is shown to the seller.
- Confirm.
It disappears from the marketplace at once. The seller is told the reason and can't put it back. It shows in their My listings as Removed by moderators.
Restore a listing
Open a taken-down listing and select Restore listing. It goes back on the marketplace. Use this when a listing was taken down by mistake, or after the seller fixed the problem.
Reviews
Open Reviews. Reviews come from two places: ratings after a pickup, and free-form reviews written from the app's local map. Free-form reviews are allowed. The ones worth a second look are marked, not hidden.
What gets marked
| Mark | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Self-review | The reviewer reviewed their own account. |
| No deal | A free-form review between two people who never completed a deal together. |
| Repeat | The same person reviewed this dealer more than once. |
Filter by All, After a pickup, Free-form or Worth a look, and by star rating. The numbers at the top show the average rating and how many reviews came after a real pickup. Only the newest 10,000 reviews are counted.
If a marked review is part of a pattern (for example, one person creating reviews to push a dealer's rating up), check the accounts involved in Users and in Reports.
